1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and the operator of this site. By creating an account you accept them.
2. What the service provides
We rent access to a phone number for a limited period so that you can receive a verification message sent to it. We do not sell the number, you do not own it, and it returns to the carrier pool when the activation ends.
We do not control the services that send those messages. Whether a given website accepts a given number is their decision, not ours.
3. Accounts
- One person or organisation per account. Keep your credentials and API keys secret.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account or keys.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
4. Balance and charges
Accounts run on a prepaid balance. Buying a number reserves its price from your balance immediately. The charge becomes final only when a verification code is delivered.
The price you see when you buy is the price you pay, even if the underlying cost changes a moment later.
5. Refunds
If no code arrives before the activation window closes, the reserved amount returns to your balance automatically. Full details are in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Numbers may only be used to receive verification codes for accounts you are entitled to create. The acceptable use policy lists what is prohibited. Breaching it may result in immediate closure of your account without refund of the remaining balance.
7. Availability
Supply comes from third-party carriers and varies constantly. We do not guarantee that a particular service, country or price will be available at any moment, and we may withdraw any combination without notice.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud, or where we are required to by law. You may close your account at any time; unspent balance is handled under the refund policy.
9. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the activation the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of an account on a third-party service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
