Refund policy
This document is not ready to publish.
The operating entity, jurisdiction and support address are not configured, so this page cannot say who the agreement is with. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_ENTITY, NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_JURISDICTION, NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_EMAIL and have the text reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
The short version
No code, no charge. If a number does not receive the verification message within its activation window, the amount returns to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
How it works
- Buying a number reserves its price from your balance.
- If a code arrives, the reservation becomes a charge and the activation is complete.
- If the window closes with no code, or you cancel before it closes, the reservation is released in full.
Every one of these movements is recorded in your wallet history with the balance it produced, so a refund is something you can verify rather than take on trust.
Cancelling early
A number can be cancelled once it has been held for a short minimum period set by the carrier. Before that the cancel is refused — the number has not yet had a fair chance to receive anything, and releasing it immediately would let the same number be cycled repeatedly at the carrier’s expense.
When a refund is not given
- A code arrived but you did not use it, or the destination service rejected the account for its own reasons. The number did its job.
- The account was closed for breaching the acceptable use policy.
Withdrawals
Balance is intended for buying activations rather than as a store of funds. Requests to withdraw an unspent balance are handled case by case; contact the support address listed on the contact page.
Something looks wrong
If your wallet history does not match what you expect, send us the activation reference from that history. Balances are reconciled against the ledger daily, so a discrepancy is traceable rather than a matter of opinion.
