We have not published a support address yet, so there is no way to reach us by email at the moment. If something has gone wrong with a rented number, the activation is recorded in your wallet history with its reference and its outcome, and an activation that never received a code is refunded automatically rather than on request.

Reporting abuse

If one of our numbers has been used against you, send the number and the approximate time. We retain records that identify the account responsible and we act on them. See the acceptable use policy.

API and integration

Technical questions, or building against the API, start with a message here. Tell us what you are integrating — knowing who depends on an interface is what keeps it stable.

Legal requests

Requests from law enforcement will be answered to the extent the law requires and no further, once a written channel for them is published. See the privacy policy.
